Use the mouse to click on your internet browser of choice: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc... 

 Use the mouse to click on CATALOG

 In the box at the left, enter your library card number without the letter "A"

Then enter your PIN number, which is supposed to be the last four digits of your phone number. If you have difficulties with your PIN, please call the library for assistance.

 On the CATALOG page, use the mouse to click on MY ACCOUNT

 Use the mouse to click on REVIEW MY ACCOUNT, then proceed to view your record.

PLACE A HOLD

 

 Select your browser of choice: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc...

 Use the mouse to click on CATALOG

 At the Library Card Login page, enter your library card number without the letter "A" in the box to the left.

In the space below, enter your PIN number. This is supposed to be the last four digits of your phone number. If you have any problems, please call the library for assistance.

Click LOGIN

 On the Catalog page, you may enter your information on the left: Title, Author (Last name, First name), Subject, etc...

In the small box to the right, select what you wish enter: Title, Author, Subject, etc...

Click SEARCH

 Scroll down to select your desired item on the left of the screen.

Click FULL DETAILS

 To place a HOLD:

Click PLACE HOLD button at the left of the screen

 Select your PICK UP LIBRARY, for Whitesboro, the system automatically selects the Dunham Public Library but you are free to select the Mid York library of your choice, if you wish to use a different location to pick up your item.

 Click PLACE HOLD a second time.

 If there are no problems, you will see the following message: HOLD SUCCESSFULLY PLACED

 You may now log off or perform another transaction.

Materials & Services: The third largest library in the Mid-York System, Dunham offers a wide variety of services to meet the educational, informational & leisure needs of its customers:

Maximum of 30 library items (Adult and/or Juvenile) may be checked out on a library card...includes other libraries' items

All Dunham borrowers with unpaid fines of $10.00 or more at any Mid-York library are denied library privileges until fines are paid

FAX SERVICE: Rates - $1.00 per page 
Photo-Copier Service: One public use copier. Twenty (20) cents a copy.
 NEWSPAPERS: We have the Observer Dispatch on microfilm back to January 1986.
We also subscribe to The Albany Times-Union, THE ROME SENTINEL, USA TODAY, SYRACUSE NEWSPAPERS, WALL STREET JOURNAL & THE NEW YORK TIMES.
We offer two microfilm readers and one reader/printer for public use.
